1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving an order if:
- The item received is damaged
- The item received is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product significantly differs from its description
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be in resalable condition
2. Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or used clothing
- Customized or altered items
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Sale or clearance items unless defective

- Await return approval instructions
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after inspection and approval of returned items.
Shipping fees are non refundable unless the error was caused by us.
5. Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for:
- Different size
- Different color
- Replacement for defective products
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
6. Failed Deliveries and Refused Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery charges may apply for re delivery due to incorrect information or refused packages.
