5. FAILED DELIVERIES
Where delivery fails because:
- Incorrect address was provided
- Recipient is unavailable
- Customer refuses delivery
additional delivery charges may apply.
6. TRACKING
Tracking information may be provided where available.
7. RISK TRANSFER
Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
8. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
International customers are solely responsible for:
- Customs clearance
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Regulatory charges imposed by destination authorities
9. DELAYS
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Security incidents
- Logistics disruptions
- Force majeure events
10. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Claims relating to damaged or missing parcels must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Supporting evidence may be required before investigation or resolution.
